Marrons is frequently engaged in both the promotion of, and opposition to, development schemes. We act for developer promoted schemes of all sizes and types and act for local authorities in relation to enforcement action, planning appeals and judicial reviews. In addition, the firm acts for landowners ranging from those with extensive land interests seeking to promote large scale development to those with much smaller sites simply seeking to increase the value of their land.

The firm’s property department also deals with all aspects of residential and commercial property including development land assembly, disposals and acquisitions.
