Specialisation
Chris is engaged in town planning law and provides research, support and advice in relation to all aspects of this subject area including preparation and assistance at Public Inquiries for both Section 78 Appeals and Enforcement Notice Appeals, drafting and negotiating Section 106 Agreements and Unilateral Undertakings, and dealing with applications for planning permission and certificates of lawfulness of existing use or development.
Chris acts for property developers, local authorities and third party objectors to development schemes.

Career
Chris graduated from the University of Leicester with an honours degree in Law in 2003. He completed the Legal Practice Course at the Birmingham branch of the College of Law with a commendation in 2004.
Chris joined Marrons in July 2006 where he completed his training.
Qualified in 2008.
