She is involved in the acquisition and disposal of properties and provides support for the property development team. Provides advice to developers in relation to the development potential of sites and deals with the initial set-up of their developments. Acts on behalf of landlords and tenants in commercial property matters.

Has also gained experience in advising a large local authority in a major city Compulsory Purchase Order and Side Roads Order scheme.

Career

Graduated from the University of Birmingham with a degree in Law and obtained a Master of Philosophy at the University of Nottingham in 2004. Completed the Legal Practice Course at De Montfort University in 2003 gaining a distinction.

Joined Marrons in 2005 where she completed her training.

Qualified in 2006.
