Specialisation
Extensive experience of commercial litigation and alternative forms of dispute management such as mediation. Regularly acts for clients in claims for damages and/or injunctions.
Specialises in environmental litigation, including contaminated land; water and air pollution; odour, noise and waste.
Works with clients in both the private and public sector in judicial review proceedings and in relation to enforcement action such as Abatement Notices or contaminated land Remediation Notices.
Has also advised in private and public inquiries and in investigations of environmental incidents and accidents by regulatory authorities such as the Environment Agency and Health and Safety Executive.

Career
LLB (Hons.) with French at Leicester University and Diplôme d'Etudes Juridiques Françaises at Université Robert Schuman, Strasbourg.
Completed the Legal Practice course at the College of Law, Guildford, gaining a distinction.
Qualified in 1998 after a short period working for the European Parliament. Worked in private practice at edge ellison and Eversheds before joining Marrons in 2006.
