Specialisation
Julie is involved in contentious town planning including preparing for and assisting at Public Inquiries for both S78 Appeals and Enforcement Notice Appeals, drafting of planning obligations and highways agreements and dealing with applications and appeals for certificates of lawfulness of existing use or development.
She acts on behalf of clients in planning appeals and is involved in advising property developers and local authorities on a wide range of planning issues.

Career
Graduated from the University of Leicester in June 2001 with a degree in History. Completed the Graduate Diploma in Law at Nottingham Law School in June 2003. Passed the Legal Practice Course gaining a distinction in
June 2004.
Joined Marrons in 2004 where she completed her training.
Qualified in 2006.
