Specialisation
Julia specialises in commercial and residential property development work including conditional contracts, option agreements, planning agreements and the initial set-up of developments. She is regularly involved in projects for both regional and national developers and landowners.
Also acts on behalf of landlords and tenants in relation to commercial leasehold property matters and undertakes general company commercial work.

Career
Graduated from Loughborough University in 2000 with a degree in Politics with English and completed the Postgraduate Diploma in Law at the University of Birmingham in 2001.
Completed the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, York in 2002.
Worked as a legal assistant for Mouchel Parkman before joining Marrons in 2003 where she completed her training.
Qualified in 2005.
