Career
Attended Nottingham Trent University and completed the Legal Practice Course at Staffordshire University. Qualified as a solicitor in 1998 following training contract at Cardiff County Council.
Whilst the majority of his experience has been gained in local government, Justin has also worked in private practice and industry. He was Director of Legal Affairs for a quarrying & landfill company for a time and the Deputy Head of Legal Services with Northamptonshire County Council and head of the planning, highway and environmental law team until joining Marrons in 2008.
