Specialisation
Kate provides professional planning advice to developers, local authorities and private individuals on a range of matters including advice on the prospects of securing planning permission, development involving listed buildings and conservation areas, advertisement consent and enforcement matters. Kate coordinates the preparation, submission and monitoring of applications and appeals and generally supports the Director of Planning, David Prichard and the planning solicitors.

Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI).
Career
Kate graduated from the University of Wales, Swansea with a degree in Geography in 2001 and completed an MA in Town Planning at the University of Westminster in 2005.
Prior to joining Marrons, Kate worked as a Planner at Farrell Bass Prichard Chartered Surveyors and Chartered Town Planners for three years providing planning advice and support on a range of planning matters to developers, and prior to that worked as a Planning Policy Assistant and Monitoring Officer in local government.
Qualified as a Chartered Town Planner in 2006.
Joined Marrons in 2007.
