Provides research and support in all aspects of town planning and public law. Preparing for and assisting at Public Inquiries, High Court challenges and planning enforcement matters including seeking court injunctions.

Drafting appeal statements, unilateral undertakings, section106 agreements and providing general planning advice.

Acts for both local authorities and property developers.

Career

Graduated in 2004 with an honours degree in Law. Completed the Legal Practice Course at DeMontfort University Leicester passing with a distinction.

Joined Marrons in 2005 where she completed her training.
