Louise Mee is a director and sole proprietor of Louise Mee Ltd.

Specialisation

Since qualifying, she has dealt exclusively with property work with particular emphasis on residential and commercial development, including all aspects of acquisition, agreements for lease and lease, options and disposals. Has acted for a wide range of clients including major national developers.

Louise is currently engaged in a wide variety of major development schemes and public/private developer agreements. Her principal focus is on residential developments sites but has considerable involvement in retail schemes.

Nottingham Trent University (LLB Hons 1987). Chester College of Law. Qualified in 1990.
