Fourteen Years At The Top - 27/09/2011

Marrons, the only dedicated planning and development law practice in the East Midlands, have been voted a top tier firm for planning law in the East Midlands in the latest edition of industry guide The Legal 500.  This is Marrons fourteenth successive year at the top.

The Legal 500 noted Marrons national reputation for its housing and mixed-use development work”and commended Joint Senior Partner Morag Thomson for her “particular experience in progressing major development schemes through planning appeals”.

Marrons Environmental Team was also picked out as one of the top four within the region, with the Legal 500 praising the ‘wide knowledge and considerable experience of inquiries and administrative court litigation’.  Partner Emma Tattersdill, Head of the Environmental Department, was commended as being ‘very user-friendly’ and ‘an extremely effective environmental litigator

Marrons Commercial Property department was also commended, with Joint Senior Partner Kevin Sumner and Partner Louise Mee both individually praised.
