Marrons has been identified as a top tier firm for planning law in the Midlands in the latest edition of industry guide Chambers & Partners.
Chambers & Partners recognised Marrons planning practice as being within the top tier in the whole of the Midlands, with their research noting that the firm receives “the highest praise from clients for its steely focus”.
Individually, Joint Senior Partner Morag Thomson was picked out as having a national reputation and being within the very top rank of planning solicitors in the region. Joint Senior Partner John Edmond was also highly commended, as was Simon Stanion.
Partner Emma Tattersdill was noted for her “renown in the commercial litigation arena and is noted for her expertise in contaminated land, waste, water and air pollution, as well as odour and noise disputes matters.”
In the Real Estate section, Marrons “partner-led approach” is acknowledged as being “highly valued by clients of the firm”. Similarly, the advice provided by Joint Senior Partner John Edmond to social housing clients was lauded.
