Our services

We are frequently retained by developers, landowners, private individuals and local interest groups to make applications to the High Court for the Judicial Review of decisions of public bodies, or to act on other routes of challenge or appeal under planning and public law legislation.

We are also retained by public bodies to provide support during the decision making process, in order to minimise the chance of judicial review or statutory appeal, or to defend such challenges when they arise.

Where appropriate, we will advise on local complaints procedures and Ombudsman schemes. We also regularly advise on Freedom of Information requests and equivalent provisions relating to environmental information.
