Specialisation

Undertakes all forms of commercial litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution, and injunctions, for both Claimants and Defendants and professional negligence.

Also undertakes disputes involving intellectual property, breach of contract and disputes relating to land.

He is a National Health Service Conciliator, and a member of the Disciplinary Committee of the British Psychological Society.

Professional Membership

Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives.

Career

Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives since 1971.

A past National President of the Institute (1994-1995). He has undertaken lecturing to student members of the Institute for a number of years.
