Brian A Mullin BSc (Hons), PG Dip CPM, PG Dip TP, MRTPI Town Planner.
Brian deals with a broad range of contentious planning and enforcement matters including: applications for residential, commercial, industrial, retail and infrastructural developments, listed building and conservation area consents, the removal and variation of planning conditions, certificates of lawfulness of existing use or development. Prepares and manages planning submissions for development proposals in addition to providing written representations for strategic site promotion.
Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
Honours degree in Environmental Planning in 1999 from the Queen’s University of Belfast. Diploma in Construction and Project Management. Diploma in Town and Country Planning.
Prior to joining Marrons, gained a broad range of experience of Town and Country Planning matters whilst working as a Development Control Officer and Enforcement Officer in local government with additional experience within private sector town planning consultancy in the Midlands.
Qualified as a Chartered Town Planner in 2007.
Joined Marrons in 2008.
