Chris is engaged in town planning law and provides advice, research and support in relation to all aspects of this subject area including advocacy, preparation and assistance at Public Inquiries, drafting and negotiation Section 106 Agreements and Unilateral Undertakings, and dealing with applications for planning permission and certificates of lawfulness of existing development.
Chris acts for property developers, local authorities and third party objectors to development proposals.
Member of the Law Society.
Graduated from the University of Leicester with a degree in Law in 2003. Completed the Legal Practice Course at the Birmingham branch of the College of Law with a commendation in 2004.
Joined Marrons in July 2006 as a graduate trainee. Qualified in 2008.
