David is a director and sole proprietor of David Prichard Ltd who is a partner in Marrons.
Specialisation
Over 25 years experience of a wide range of town planning and associated work encompassing residential, commercial and retail development proposals, securing planning permission by negotiation and by planning appeal. Advises developers, industrial, commercial and retail organisations, land owners, funding institutions and local planning authorities on all types of development proposals. He has considerable experience of appearing as an expert witness at public inquiries in relation to local development framework examinations and planning and enforcement appeals.

Career
Graduated in 1977 with a BSc in Geography and completed an MA in Town and Regional Planning in 1980. Following positions with Surrey County Council and Warwickshire County Council, moved to the private sector in 1987 and joined Marrons in 2007.
