Jane Gardner, MRTPI Director of Town Planning
Jane has over 30 years planning experience working for Local Government, a national house builder, the Midlands Region of the House Builder Federation and consultancies. Jane joined Marrons in 2011 having previously been a Director at SSR where she gained further experience in the promotion of strategic sites through all the various stages of the development plan system.
Her particular area of expertise is formulating planning applications for sustainable urban extensions and other major development proposals. This involves working with and co-ordinating large teams of specialist consultants on behalf of clients.

Following positions as a planning officer in Development Control at Stratford-on-Avon, Salisbury and Cherwell District Councils between 1978 and 1987, Jane joined Barratts in 1987 and then moved to the National House Builders Federation in the East and West Midlands in 1991. In 1998 Jane joined the plannng consultancy Smith Stuart Reynolds (SSR) and moved to Marrons in September 2011 as a Director of Town Planning.
