John Edmond is a director and sole proprietor of John Edmond Ltd who is a partner in Marrons.
Very experienced in the specialist contentious town planning, compulsory purchase and public law field, which followed extensive criminal advocacy.
Advises a wide spectrum of clients in both the private and public sector on all types of major development proposals either in negotiating planning permission and associated legal and infrastructure agreements or at planning inquiries.
Has acted for a number of local planning authorities as lead advocate at their local plan inquiries. John has also been involved over the years in many public law litigation actions in the Administrative Court.
