Julie Russell BA (Hons) Pg Dip Law LARTPI Senior Associate.
Julie is involved in contentious and non contentious legal planning matters. She regularly advises clients on large scale development projects including applications to the Infrastructure Planning Commission for Development Consent. Julie drafts and negotiates planning obligations and highways agreements and deals with applications and appeals for certificates of lawfulness of existing use or development. She acts on behalf of clients in planning appeals and hearings and advises developers, and local authorities and third party objectors on a wide range of planning legal issues.

Legal Associate of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
Member of the Law Society's Planning Law Accreditation Scheme.
Graduated from the University of Leicester in June 2001 with a degree in History. Completed the Graduate Diploma in Law at Nottingham Law School in June 2003. Passed the Legal Practice Course gaining a distinction in June 2004.
Joined Marrons in 2004 where she completed her training.
Qualified in 2006.
