Kate is involved in all aspects of planning legal work and regularly provides advice on planning applications and section 106 agreements, planning appeals, High Court challenges and planning enforcement matters, including seeking court injunctions. Her experience includes a broad range of projects from small residential extensions through to major developments but has focused on major development projects having been involved in projects such as multi-party strategic residential planning inquiries, rail freight interchanges and most recently in preparing an application for submission to the Infrastructure Planning Commission. She acts on behalf of Local Authorities, Parish Councils, private individuals and developers.
Member of the Law Society.
Graduated in 2004 with an honours degree in Law. Completed the Legal Practice Course at DeMontfort University Leicester gaining a distinction.
Joined Marrons in 2005 where she completed her training.
Qualified in 2007.
