Specialisation

Laura-Beth acts for property developers, third party objectors and local authorities providing advice, research and support in all aspects of town planning law. She is regularly involved in drafting Section 106 Agreements, Section 278/Section 38 Agreements and planning statements. She deals with applications for planning permission, variation of conditions and for certificates of lawful use or development, preparation of Section 78 Appeals and Enforcement Notice Appeals and assistance at Public Inquiries. Laura-Beth has recently been involved in assisting on some major development projects including an application for a nationally significant infrastructure project to be submitted to the IPC.

Laura-Beth is also involved in commercial property work including Landlord and Tenant matters and company commercial work including company restoration, and company secretarial matters.

Career

LLB (Hons) with French at Leicester University and Diplôme d’Etudes Juridiques Françaises at Université Robert Schuman, Strasbourg.

Completed the Legal Practice course at BBP Law School in Leeds gaining a commendation in 2008.

Joined Marrons in 2008 where she completed her training.

Qualified in 2010.
