Louise Hryniw LLB (Hons) LARTPI Senior Associate.
Louise is engaged in contentious town planning including preparation for major Public Inquiries and the drafting of Section 106 Agreements, unilateral undertakings and appeal statements. She conducts advocacy at Public Inquiries, Hearings (both Section 78 Appeals and Enforcement Notice Appeals) and in court, and is currently involved in a wide range of projects, for both national and regional housebuilders and commercial property developers.

Legal Associate of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
Member of the Law Society's Planning Law Accreditation Scheme.
Graduated from University of Leicester in 2002 with a degree in Law. Completed the Legal Practice Course at De Montfort University in 2003 gaining a distinction. Also an accredited Mediator.
Joined Marrons in 2003 and completed her training.
