Morag Thomson is a director and sole proprietor of Morag Thomson Ltd who is a partner in Marrons.
Morag deals with contentious and non contentious planning related work. Currently advises many national residential and commercial property developers on a wide range of developments. Involved principally in the promotion of large development schemes including nationally significant infrastructure projects and regularly advises clients applying to the Infrastructure Planning Commission for Development Consent. Advises on all aspects of the planning process from inception to permission, and beyond. Very experienced in major planning inquiry work and the negotiation and preparation of s.106, and other infrastructure related, agreements.
Identified as a “Leader in her Field” in Chambers, Legal 500 and Legal Experts.
Continually appears in the annual “Planning” magazine list of the top planning solicitors in the country.
